Summary

• define recursive JSON value types for persisted Model Target data and service-validator request bodies
• validate Flask and requests-mock target payloads before constructing domain objects
• validate target-manager control bodies and recognition-count requests at their JSON boundaries
• remove 50 Pyrefly suppressions without adding checker configuration

Validation

• focused public Flask and Model Target tests (53 passed)

The wider backend matrix requires real Vuforia credentials locally. Hosted CI currently has one Real Vuforia failure because the test project is suspended; the mock, lint, documentation, and Docker jobs pass.
