变更内容

  • 补充炸鲜奶的准确用量、成品数量和容器尺寸
  • 修正奶糊定型、裹粉顺序、油温和炸制时间
  • 增加失败判断、分批炸制和防烫提示

修改原因

原菜谱中的“5 分热”等描述不够精确,裹粉步骤也不够清晰,实际操作时容易出现奶糊散开、外壳吸油或成品破裂。

影响

让炸鲜奶菜谱更容易复现,对其他菜谱和程序代码没有影响。
