    • i686

Combining these to reduce rebuilds:

  • libgeotiff ==> libpdal
  • libpdal ==> qgis
  • draco ==> qgis
  • grass ==> qgis

CI errors unrelated:

i686 builds OK locally including the failing test. The other two failures are CI download issues. This is still good to go.
