Testing the changes
Version 17 depends on pypdfium2 as
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ocrmypdf/OCRmyPDF/refs/heads/main/docs/release_notes.md
Despite being an alternative, it is listed as a hard dependency. That's why I put some effort into packaging libpdfium (other distros typically package pdfium-binaries.)
