Fixes a longstanding mishandling of
par.first-line-indentandpar.hanging-indent. Now explicitly invokedpars are correctly indented.Adds a new debug feature: call
#meander.review()after the end of a#meander.reflow({...})to display a representation of the computed layout and thereprof the segmented content.
