feat(webapp): update task and cached task span icons#4014

Update the SVG artwork for the main task icon and the cached task variant shown on the run trace span view. The cached icon now lives alongside TaskIcon in TaskIcon.tsx and uses currentColor, so it inherits the text-tasks theme color like the other span icons.

Refreshes the SVG artwork for the main task icon and the cached task variant shown on the run trace span view.
The cached icon (previously a hardcoded blue "T" in a dashed border) now lives alongside
TaskIconinTaskIcon.tsxand is drawn withcurrentColor, so it inherits thetext-taskstheme color like the other span icons instead of ignoring it. The standaloneTaskCachedIcon.tsxfile is removed and its two import sites updated.
