… distributed context management The thesis: agent capability is a context-management problem; multi-agent topology value is LATENT, unlocked by context-lifecycle expertise (close/open chapters). Ralph is respawn-from-zero against external tracking docs, NOT a steered agent. We do the same but smart, recursively, distributed. Marginal multi-agent A/Bs measured the wrong regime (context constraint wasn't active) — don't collapse the architecture. Includes the research program: find the configs/domains/prompts/profiles where it works.

Captures the thesis that multi-agent topology value is LATENT and unlocked by context-lifecycle expertise (close/open chapters; respawn-fresh against external tracking state — the smart version of Ralph). Marginal multi-agent A/Bs measured the wrong regime, not a worthless topology. Includes the research program (configs × domains × prompts × profiles) and the non-negotiable: don't collapse the architecture on marginal early evidence.
