Add SODAX SDK skill to ECOSYSTEM CARDS

Adds an ecosystem card for the SODAX skill (docs/skill.md in the open-source SDK repo, MIT).

The skill helps AI coding agents build cross-network trading, lending, and asset transfers between Stellar and 20+ other networks with @sodax/sdk 2.1.0, including Stellar trustline handling and sponsored activation for new accounts. Same card shape as the existing SDK cards (DeFindex, Soroswap).

• The card's copyValue points at docs/skill.md. That file is only a pointer. Its own frontmatter says "Do not use this file as the skill" and sends agents to https://www.sodax.com/skill.md instead (since docs: point docs.sodax.com/skill.md at the canonical skill on sodax.com icon-project/sodax-sdks#428, 2026-09-07). An agent that copies the card URL gets the pointer, not the skill.

Please point copyValue at the real skill. Two options work:

1. https://www.sodax.com/skill.md, the canonical umbrella skill. This matches your card text. A non-GitHub copyValue already exists in the catalog.
2. https://raw.githubusercontent.com/icon-project/sodax-sdks/main/packages/skills/skills/sodax-sdk/SKILL.md, if you prefer a GitHub-hosted file.

Note that copyValue also becomes the card's "View source" link. If you choose option 1, check that pathLabel still reads the way you want.

Fixed in 922ad0e: copyValue now points at the canonical skill, https://www.sodax.com/skill.md (option 1), and pathLabel reads sodax.com/skill.md to match, following the existing stellarlight.xyz/scout card. check:ecosystem-links passes locally.

• The card text matches the skill. It covers quotes, Stellar trustlines, sponsored activation, dapp-kit and the Result model.
• The links I sampled from the skill resolve, including the granular sodax-sdk and Stellar wallet skills.
• The entry is a valid ECOSYSTEM_CARDS item. A non-GitHub copyValue passes check:ecosystem-links, and "View source" falls back to the same URL.
• The branch merges cleanly with current main.

The fork site-ci run is held for approval, and I cannot approve it. For a pure card entry, a careful read is enough. Approving and merging now.
