Add time to review prompt and fix highlights - #18
Merged

Conversation
Inject the current date and time into code review prompts to give the model reference context for evaluating commit dates, timestamps, and other time- sensitive data. Additionally, update UI highlight configuration to only mark colors as custom when their value differs from the default, preventing default colors from overriding existing highlights.
