I'm not super fond of the idea of including sdkman configuration in here. Also I have a pr open to address the java25 issues, maybe I'll hold off on this till that is updated. |

I think the building locally instructions can probably be compressed now that #1244 is in. The main requirement being that builds require java21. Main code is java11 compatible and test code targets java17. |
