Summary
This PR reduces the formatter CLI package footprint by fully minifying
fmt.js,fmtPlugins.js, andsortPackageJsonPlugin.js, while preservingmain's minification ofstaged.js. The three formatter bundles decrease from 251,773 bytes to 114,809 bytes, a 54.4% reduction.
