That includes @genType support: an unused [@genType] value is now reported.
• OCaml 4.14 or later required (Require OCaml 4.14 and drop the code for older versions #230). Users of older compilers keep getting 2.26.0.

Checks:

• dune test passes and opam lint is clean.
• A git archive of this commit builds standalone with dune build -p reanalyze @install, and @runtest passes on it. That's how opam builds the tag's tarball.

After the merge: tag v2.27.0 on the merge commit, a GitHub release, and the opam-repository PR.
