I believe you would have to set the props to
multiple: true, about uploading folders not sure if this can be done with an input component but you could try adding the propswebkitdirectory:"" directory:""see https://stackoverflow.com/questions/22041207/is-it-possible-to-upload-a-folder-using-html-form-php-script
just note that directory uploading is supported in most modern browsers only.
