Code Review
This pull request upgrades the project to React 19, TypeScript 6, and ESLint 9, introducing flat configuration and updating dependabot groups. However, several workarounds were introduced that reduce type safety. Specifically, strict type-checking options were disabled in tsconfig.json, test runner globals were typed as any in global.d.ts (overriding @types/jest), and a fragile compatibility layer was added in react-compat.d.ts to monkey-patch React types. It is highly recommended to keep strict mode enabled, properly reference test runner types, and refactor components to be natively compatible with React 19 instead of using these workarounds.
