Send scan leads to OutreachGraph (companies flow on to nichedb) - #407

Everyone who asks for a report PDF becomes an OutreachGraph contact in the Profullstack workspace, once, with the scanned site as their company domain (not for sites they cannot own: x.com, github.com...). Unsubscribed, internal and role addresses never leave. Marketing opt-ins import as opt_in, the rest as report_request. Companies travel on to nichedb through OutreachGraph's public directory; people never become public anywhere. lead_exports records what was sent, so ticks are idempotent and a failed push retries. pg_cron crawlproof-lead-export runs /api/cron/lead-export. The admin leads page shows how many are in OutreachGraph and when the last went. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Scan leads (PDF requests) go to OutreachGraph contacts every 15 min through its contact-import API. Scanned sites become companies, which nichedb already reads from OutreachGraph's public directory. Unsubscribed, internal and role addresses never leave; people never go public.
