api: drop references/referenced-by lines in function descriptions#142

They claim every function references and is referenced by itself, which is not useful. Sync docs with openslide/openslide#756. sync-releases.py is going to keep trying to revert this until after the next OpenSlide release. Signed-off-by: Benjamin Gilbert <bgilbert@cs.cmu.edu>
