Package manager ports (such as vcpkg and Conan) are community-maintained. This PR removes the specific installation instructions for them from the README to reduce maintenance overhead and prevent misdirected issues.
We have retained the note that clarifies these are community-maintained and directs users to report any outdated versions or missing generators to their respective repositories.
