Fixes #22941
Clause-②: no

One binary replaced in place, nothing else: apps/docs/public/decks/the-ontology-is-the-software.pdf, the English deck "The Ontology Is the Software — How a large model reads an enterprise", refreshed from 17 to 19 pages. Same path, so the link at the end of the blog essay (PR #22264) keeps working.

What changed in the deck

Before (PR #22254) Now
Pages 17 19
Bytes 768,057 777,904
Opening cover, then "What is an enterprise?" cover, then two prologue slides: three interfaces and one user that never changed; a company a few years from now, nine in the morning, ending on "take the people out and switch the systems off, what is left of the enterprise?"
Repetition the five-part definition listed four times; "models change, the ontology stays", "one change, four places" and "written wrong does not ship" each said more than once each said once; the future table's second column now reads "A few years from now", answering the prologue

Printed by Chromium (page.pdf, one 1920 x 1080 page per slide, printBackground) from the slide HTML. Vector text, 26 embedded font objects (Inter, IBM Plex Mono), byline "ObjectStack Team", no speaker name in the text layer.

Checks

  • Docs-site asset only. No packages/**, content/**, README.md, app code or generated ledger. Nothing publishes: skip-changeset.
  • scripts/check-nul-bytes.mjs judges binary-ness by content and skips real binaries; the PDF is one.
  • No model identifier in the PDF text, the commit or this body.
  • Seat-executed under the maintainer's instruction quoted on the card ("open a PR"); the seat does not merge its own PR, so this stays a draft for the maintainer to land.

Same path, same deck, revised: two prologue slides after the cover (three
interfaces and one user that never changed; a company a few years from
now at nine in the morning, ending on the question the talk answers) and
repetition trimmed on seven slides. Printed by Chromium from the slide
HTML; vector text, fonts embedded, byline ObjectStack Team.
