Full details: Description check
Explanation
The description follows the template. It includes the Linked issue section (resolves #968) and the Description section, which explains what the module does, where the public service runs, and the data source. The template comment block was kept, and the author states they use the module themselves. The description has no AI-usage disclosure, and the template does not require one. The Description section is brief and does not explain the module's features or the reason for the catalogue entry in depth, but it covers the required information.

Explanation
Issue #968 requests a listing for the nuxt-countries-api module. Its coding requirement is the catalogue entry itself. The PR adds modules/nuxt-countries-api.yml (+16 lines). Per the review summary, this entry identifies the repository (xamu-co/countries-api), the npm package (nuxt-countries-api), the GitHub and website URLs, the category (API & Data Fetching), third-party status, the maintainer (xamu-co), and Nuxt compatibility of >=3.0.0. This matches the Nuxt 3 compatibility stated in the issue. The issue has no other coding requirements. The icon reference points to icons/nuxt-countries-api.png, which is an excluded file. The issue does not require an icon, so this exclusion does not affect the verdict. The summary was not checked against the full YAML content, but the listed fields cover every field the issue names.

Resolves #968
📚 Description
This is an open source module that generates server API routes with basic information about countries, its states and cities.
The project is operating publically at: https://countries.xamu.com.co/ but the module is provided as an alternative to get faster responses. Powered by the data of: https://github.com/dr5hn/countries-states-cities-database
I'm using it myself in my own projects an other modules I'm developing.
