Windows release nodes are offline #4544
Description
https://ci-release.nodejs.org/job/iojs+release/12206/ seems blocked on the following:
- All nodes of label ‘vs2022_clang-x64’ are offline
- All nodes of label ‘vs2022_clang-arm64’ are offline
This is blocking nodejs/node#67062

This was fixed by Stefan and appears to have been caused by an update to temurin done via chocolatey during the
windows-update-rebootjob. This has been permanently worked around by adding a block on updating temurin in chocolatey.Slack thread
