Outcome

Add an independent compact-space red team for the Brownian scale/fibre study.

  • push exact integer-lattice endpoint counts through Z -> Z/qZ while retaining every deck lift;
  • certify the quotient independently with a direct chronological cycle update;
  • expose winding/path information lost by the cycle endpoint observer;
  • return a typed period-two obstruction for non-lazy walks on even cycles;
  • return a separate reducible-clock obstruction when stay probability is one;
  • certify the uniform cycle law as an exact stationary fixed point without calling stationarity mixing;
  • keep bounded rational mixing audits explicitly below a limit theorem;
  • distinguish scale-renormalized line stability from compact time-stationary stability;
  • freeze circle cover semantics and the stronger S^2 = SO(3)/SO(2) curvature/holonomy gate;
  • keep Fourier, matrix, heat-kernel, and continuum machinery outside native discovery.

Exact calibration

For q=5, N=7, both native constructions return cycle counts

(14, 35, 22, 22, 35)

with total history mass 128.

Evidence

  • compact/firewall/Brownian focused suite: 61 passed;
  • full repository before the final reducibility negative test: 833 passed, 25 skipped, 1 pre-existing deprecation warning;
  • the final reducibility test and all affected suites pass;
  • git diff --check and Python compileall pass;
  • remote tree SHA exactly matches the local commit tree.
