Bug: Pressing Escape button twice isn't closing the Command Line

Current Behavior

When you're logged in, when you press Esc button it opens up the Command Line Modal, but when you press again it doesn't closes it.

Expected Behavior

Pressing back again Esc button should close the modal, Basically it should toggle.

This supposedly should be the standard behaviour.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Log into your account.
2. Click on Esc button which would open the Command Line modal.
3. Click Esc again, nothing happens.

Environment

• OS: Windows 11
• Browser: Google Chrome
• Browser Version: 154.0.8037.98 (Official Build) (64-bit)

I tested this on the latest version and was unable to reproduce the issue. Pressing Esc appears to toggle the Command Line modal correctly on my account. Could you provide any additional steps or account-specific settings that might be involved?
