This was an internal bug fix with a user-visible impact:
apm deps listwas displaying 0 context files for any package that stores context files under.apm/context/, since the function was scanning the non-existent.apm/contexts/(plural) directory. The CHANGELOG entry clarifies the user-facing symptom.
