I help engineering teams make new and existing software systems easier to understand, change, and verify when people and AI coding agents work on them together.
The bottleneck is rarely code generation. It is knowing which requirements are authoritative, which architecture constraints must survive, what an agent may decide, and what evidence is required before a change can be trusted.
For new systems, I help turn product intent into explicit requirements, architecture decisions, bounded tasks, and verification.
For legacy systems, I work in the other direction. I recover trustworthy context from code, tests, configuration, documents, and the people who operate the system. The goal is not to document everything. It is to make one real change safer and leave useful context behind.
My established technical background is in Go, Kubernetes API machinery, controllers, control-plane software, distributed systems, and developer tooling. I stay close to implementation because architecture should survive code, operations, and handover.
I am the author of practical technical books on client-go, production Go on Kubernetes, SRE workflows, platform engineering, and context for humans and AI tools. I am currently developing Context Driven Development, a method for organizing authoritative context and verification around AI coding agents.
I work through focused reviews, legacy context recovery, bounded delivery pilots, critical implementation, and fractional staff-level support.
Based in Italy. Remote first.
