This repository provides a datalad dataset of data (coordinates, parcellations and masks) used by junifer pipeline components.

Julich-Brain

To update, install uv and just and run:

just julich-brain

Brainnetome

parcellations/Brainnetome/labels.csv (one row per label) is generated from the subregions table distributed with the atlas (BNA_subregions.xlsx). To update, install uv and just and run:

just brainnetome

pre-commit hooks

Install by:

prek install --install-hooks

Run by:

prek run --all-files
