Earlier iteration of the fix for emberjs#19287 — special-cases only the
disabledproperty via aDisabledDynamicProperty. Kept for reference; the generic variant is strictly preferable (no per-name special cases, cf. emberjs#21344).Verification: full browser suite green (9436 tests, 0 failures),
tsc --noEmitclean, repro passes.
