Travis CI stopped building this repo when its free OSS tier shut down, leaving PRs unchecked. Add a GitHub Actions workflow that runs swift test with coverage (uploaded to Codecov) and SwiftLint. - Bump macOS platform minimum to 10.15: the async/await public API already requires it, and the os_log(_:log:_:_:) call in InternetArchive.swift needs 10.14+, which broke `swift test` under current toolchains - Exclude .build from SwiftLint so dependency checkouts aren't linted - Exempt reviewer_itemname from identifier_name (mirrors the IA API) - Update README badges (Travis -> Actions, codecov master -> main) Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
