feat(onboarding): Add React Native configurable features

Summary

• add a Configurable Features section to the React Native onboarding install page
• link to setup docs for Logs, Tracing, Session Replay, Profiling, Application Metrics, User Feedback, and Size Analysis
• clarify which features can be added through the Sentry wizard
• add coverage for the new section and documentation links

Overall the enhancement LGTM. Two notes:

• The Configurable Features is a new pattern here and I'd like some feedback from the frontend on this
• Let's ship after the new wizard including getsentry/sentry-wizard#1308, getsentry/sentry-wizard#1309 and getsentry/sentry-wizard#1310 is shipped to be consistent
