Major bump breaks Next 14 coverage

High Severity

This Dependabot change upgrades next from 14.2.35 to 15.5.21 inside nextjs-14-test-app, which is the fixture dedicated to Next.js 14 e2e coverage. A separate nextjs-15-test-app already exercises Next 15 (with React 19). After this bump, the suite no longer validates wizard behavior on Next 14, while React remains at ^18 unlike the real Next 15 fixture.
