docs: De-duplicate same-platform page titles - #19358

Give distinct, descriptive titles to pages that rendered an identical <title> tag within a single platform, using sidebar_title to keep the menu labels short (per the pattern in #19301): - Legacy SDK pages: "<X> (Legacy SDK)" (Context, Integrations, Source Maps, Usage, Configuration across Go/PHP/Python/JavaScript) - Feature-section pages: "User Feedback Configuration" (PHP, Elixir), "Breadcrumbs Integration" (JavaScript) - Source-map upload pages: "Uploading Source Maps with Hermes/Expo" (React Native) - Debug-file source context: "Source Context for Debug Files" (Android, Apple) - JS OpenTelemetry migration page: "OpenTelemetry Support in 8.x" - Legacy Java usage page: "Capturing Errors (Legacy)" Resolves 16 of the 17 same-platform title collisions.
