Added DevOps mini project to project list

Added a new beginner-friendly DevOps project to the project list.

Changes

• Added DevOps Mini Docker Project with relevant details
• Included tags for easier discoverability

I checked this project-list addition. The target repo is public and unarchived, but there are a few things to fix before this is merge-ready:

• GitHub API reports aasthakumarii/devops-mini-docker has open_issues_count: 0, and gh search issues --repo aasthakumarii/devops-mini-docker --state open returned no open issues. For Add projects to project list #1, please add/identify beginner-friendly open issues so newcomers have something to work on.
• The new project object should match the existing file style: two-space indentation, double-quoted strings, trailing comma after the object, and preserve the final newline.
• The image currently uses the GitHub organization avatar (u/9919) rather than a project-specific logo/avatar. A project or repository image would be clearer if available.

The repo itself exists, but it needs open beginner-friendly issues and formatting cleanup to fit this list.
