This PR introduces a development workflow using mise and sets up CI automation.

  • Added check and fmt tasks to mise.toml.
  • Configured strict linting rules in Cargo.toml.
  • Added CONTRIBUTING.md with development guidelines and tips for Git hooks.
  • Implemented a GitHub Actions workflow using jdx/mise-action.
