now that I think about it it's probably better to just patch monkey's weval vesrion to 0.5.1 instead of updating the whole submodule |

bumps weval to 0.5.1 that fixes a bug with incorrect offset calculation blocking adoption of v4 for me
startling monkey now includes weval 0.5.1 but I decided to just patch the version instead of bringing all its changes
