Add EPDFDoc_ExportPagesFlattened to copy pages in a requested order as they draw for screen or print, optionally flattening annotations and form fields. Copy in-memory annotation appearances and their resources without modifying the source, while preserving optional-content visibility and omitting interactive page data.
The renderer never shows a no-view annotation on screen (it may still print), so flattening for display leaves it in place, and a display copy doesn't paint it.
ISO 32000-2 12.5.3 limits the Invisible flag to annotations of a non-standard type that no handler draws; on a standard annotation it means nothing. The renderer drew such unknown annotations anyway, and flatten left out every annotation with the flag, so a flattened copy lost standard annotations the viewer showed. Both now ask CPDF_Annot::IsHiddenByInvisibleFlag().
