Release checklist: a simplify pass before the sweep, and every AGENTS.md read - #1094

….md read Step 0 now opens with a /simplify pass over every module the cycle changed that has not had one, run before the stale-prose sweep since the passes rewrite the comments the sweep reads. The sweep's AGENTS.md line names all six files, read after the last behavior PR merges: 3.0's sweep (#1079) read four of the six. The initials gotcha now names 3.0's initials(spec, separator) rather than v1's initials_separator/initials_format. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Two additions to the release checklist in AGENTS.md, plus one stale gotcha.
snapshot.jsonlbyte-identical and the frame band. A simpler form that moves a reading is listed in the PR body as a behavior-changing candidate and filed as an issue if it is worth weighing. The passes run before the stale-prose sweep, because they rewrite the comments and docstrings the sweep reads. 3.0 had only a Lexicon pass until Simplify the config side's 3.0 changes (parser_for, PolicyPatch, locale packs) #1083, Simplify the 3.0 cycle's rule-stage changes (post_rules, group, pieces, vocab, classify) #1084 and Simplify the output side's 3.0 changes (assemble, types, render) #1085, which found 6 frames and three follow-ups (Shouldヤマダ タロウ(halfwidth katakana) count as CJK when a pack decides whether its rules can apply? #1087, ShouldJohn Smith (MD/PhD)read suffixMD/PhD, asJohn Smith (MD, PhD)reads suffixMD, PhD? #1088, Can post_rules'_idxcalls be grouped to save about 20 frames per parse? #1089).nameparser/_pipeline/AGENTS.mdanddocs/design/AGENTS.md.initials_separatorandinitials_format. It now names 3.0'sinitials(spec=..., separator=...), with the two outputs checked on master:'J.Q.X.A.'with both changed,'J. Q.X. A.'with the separator alone.Docs only. The step numbers are unchanged, since other text in AGENTS.md cites "step 2" and "step 9".
