feat(third_party): add S&P Global plugin

Summary

• Add S&P Global as a third_party/ marketplace plugin, in the Attio (Add Attio third-party MCP plugin #339) / Hunter (Add Hunter third-party MCP plugin (API key header auth) #340) shape.
• One of nine hosted-MCP connectors that grok.com offers publicly (GrowthBook visibility all) and the Cursor marketplace does not. The server URL matches Grok's production connector_catalog.mcp_server_url.
• Registers the plugin in .cursor-plugin/marketplace.json and the root README table.
• Based on main; bottom of the stack now that feat(third_party): add Gamma plugin #347 (Gamma) and feat(third_party): add Webull plugin #348 (Webull) have merged.

• Kensho LLM-ready API; requires an active S&P Global Market Intelligence subscription or trial.
• Logo is S&P Global's mark (black rule over red block), redrawn at 192×192 from the icon on marketplace.spglobal.com.

Overview
Adds a new sp-global third-party marketplace plugin so Cursor agents can reach S&P Capital IQ data via Kensho’s hosted MCP at https://kfinance.kensho.com/integrations/mcp.

The plugin bundle includes manifest (plugin.json), HTTP mcp.json, README (install, OAuth sign-in, subscription requirement, capability table), changelog, and MIT license. Marketplace registration and the root README plugin table are updated with the same description: query financials, prices, and transcripts.

Auth is OAuth through S&P Global login at connect time—no API key or client ID in the repo.
