"rouge" is a real English word (and a Ruby gem / proper name). A single suggested replacement makes -w rewrite it without prompting. Add a second suggestion so codespell asks instead of silently changing it. Fixes codespell-project#1390

It's already in the rare dictionary. |

"rouge" is a real English word, a Ruby gem, and a proper name. It currently has a single suggested replacement in the rare dictionary (which is on by default), so
codespell -wrewrites it without prompting.Add a second suggestion so this stays a hint rather than an automatic rewrite, as suggested in the issue.
