P1 Badge Regenerate lockfile for upgraded dependencies

This change updates express, express-session, mongoose, and multer in package.json but does not update package-lock.json (the lockfile root still records the previous dependency ranges), so the manifest and lockfile are out of sync. The CI workflow installs with npm ci (.github/workflows/ci.yml lines 22 and 47), and npm ci exits when lockfile dependencies do not match package.json, which means this commit can block CI and does not reliably apply the intended vulnerability upgrades until the lockfile is regenerated and committed.
