Node Postgres parameter syntax not supported in javascript files #113

I'm seeing this same issue with standard .sql files.

Here's an example of what I'm seeing:

I also noticed that the re-lint on save isn't working appropriately.

I did not, but I moved on from this, so it’s possible that this is no longer an issue.
