GCC 16 with LTO detects 'no_proxy.data' may be used uninitialized in iotcored/src/entry.c. This was previously patched in 2.5.1 (002-fix-maybe-uninitialized.patch) but the patch was dropped for 2.6.0 assuming an upstream fix. LTO still triggers the warning on arm and x86_64 (not riscv64). Add -Wno-error=maybe-uninitialized to the existing GCC 16 workaround flags.

Incorporates the greengrass-lite 2.6.0 upgrade from PR #16292 (by @gregbreen) with the conflict resolved against the Unity test framework dependency added in PR #16629.
