Summary
Adds native Mintlify SDK reference docs for auth0-react and auth0-spa-js in a single PR, superseding #1688.
Both SDKs now have TypeDoc-generated reference pages, curated navigation, and a Reference link on /docs/libraries alongside Quickstart.
