Demo migration P0: Render RS API credentials and migration utils

Summary

• Retarget P0 docs demos (React/Vue/SearchBase quickstarts, JS API quickstart, SearchBox/ReactiveList/SingleList examples, React/Vue showcase pages) from legacy Searchbase hosts to https://reactivesearch-api-9-3-0.onrender.com with read-only demo credentials for good-books-ds (and interim recipes-demo endpoint where noted).
• Add utils/demo-migration/ tooling: index export/import scripts, Render deployment config, run wrapper, and MIGRATION-READINESS.md tracking migration status and follow-up work.

Test plan

• Run yarn build locally or rely on CI (pre-commit full build was skipped locally due to Gatsby hang after schema build).
• Open React overview quickstart and confirm live search against good-books-ds works.
• Open Vue overview QuickStart and confirm demo loads.
• Open SearchBase QuickStart and verify example requests succeed.
• Open React showcase (clone-airbeds) and confirm map/list demo.
• Spot-check SearchBox, ReactiveList, and SingleList doc examples.
• Open JS API quickstart and verify sample Appbase calls match the new index/host.
• Confirm recipes-demo-dependent SingleList facet demo behavior (may be partial until index import completes).
