The completion of task is bugged #1

hello my dear friend ,
i have gone through your hosted webpage and found out that the items that you have already entered is perfectly fine, but if you try to enter 2 or more items one by one and then try to complete one task ,it checks out all the tasks that the user have inserted ,kindly resolve the issue and stay awesome and keep developing
