  • Update checkstyle to 13.4.2 (newest) It is compatible with maven-checkstyle-plugin:3.6.0
  • Modernize config
    • faile on error severity
    • global severity set to error
    • Rule based severities set to warning where violations happened
  • 2 small violations fixed
