UI: 404 page shows up after forgot password is performed

ACS 4.20.1

The steps to reproduce the bug

1. Create a domain and Account under the domain ( Let's say domain1 > User1 ( account)
2. On the login page , click on forgot password

3. Provide the details

4. Submit

5. Login as admin user or user1

6. 404 error page is displayed

What to do about it?

404 error page should not be displayed
