Add small typed protocols around Selenium's incompletely typed script, cookie, and attribute APIs. Production code now consumes object values explicitly and no longer needs the six Pyright suppressions.
Validation: 31 credential-free tests; pre-commit and pre-push hooks. The 14 live browser tests require VWS credentials and were not run locally.
