Add a prominent README notice explaining that this project is archived because PTC is retiring Vuforia Engine Cloud Image Recognition on May 2, 2027.
The notice reflects PTC's customer announcement: existing customers can use the service until that date, after which Cloud Image Recognition databases and associated services will no longer be available.
