Towards #3738. Depends on #3827.
Bind unmatched HTTP requests to an explicit VWS endpoint and response policy in
vws_mock_test_backends.http_transport. The selector retains the Flask test-client choice and delegates HTTP transport, preserving the request timeout, connection-error handling and response metadata.Validation: 26 existing tests passed with 13 backend skips; the installed-wheel consumer passed. AST comparison preserves transport behavior and all other fixture definitions. Full pre-commit/pre-push checks and Pylint passed.
