Move the unchanged bake definition to
server/docker-bake.hcland point image validation, builds and releases at that path. Document the explicit build command, update packaging/context exclusions, and use the workspace lockfile to find the repository root in deployment tests.Validation: default and VERSION-tagged bake plans are identical before and after relocation. Docker bake checks passed for all three targets, as did all six existing Docker deployment tests and the full pre-commit/pre-push checks.
