Avoid the Snapper role-continuation bug

Summary

• keep the CloudDatabase role within the first sentence so Snapper 0.11.1 does not exercise RST bullet sentence splits after a role continuation lose indentation TurtleTech-ehf/snapper#126
• format the previously excluded document to sentence-per-line
• remove the now-empty Snapper ignore configuration
